groomer girl

i took gizmo to get grommed today... the poor boy has been knotted for some time and i couldn't brush it out. i finally managed to schedule him in today and look at him. he's so skinny and looks older; but you can see his face. i'm sure the it'll grow out before we know it. it'll be a while before it's all fluffy again. sam from groomer girl did a great job. :)

homemade pancakes

who needs pancakes on the rocks?? hahaha after a not so healthy dinner of oven bakes chicken tenders, fried potatoes some salad, it was homemade pancakes and ice cream. very delish and very filling. it's now back to lazing with the hubby and catching up on chuck.

not over the long weekend

it's the end of the long weekend.... the night before work begins and i'm not looking forward to it. works been pretty full on and it's exhausting. it's not a bad thing but i wanna keep sleeping in and laze around. well i guess that will just have to wait.

sushi night

the long weekend was to catch up on sleep and just chill so instead of planning any trips, we invited everyone over for sushi night. fresh fish, self-made rolls, tempura and takoyaki all in the comfort of our home. we were very lucky to have chef kei help us cook the dishes and direct us in all our confusion. we had so much food, we split it into two rounds. for our break we caught hilarious old chinese movies. now if only the long weekend was longer....
