the day started with a relaxing swedish massage and ended with us aching all over and totally exhausted. having not rock climbed for over a year, it was fun to stretch all over trying to be a hero an conquering the walls. i think i killed my arms >_< i know for sure i'm going to really feel it tomorrow. it's only 11pm and i think i may be dead to the world soon. sweet dreams and nighty nights....
